Google ads can also be from Youtube.  Consumer behavior  What is consumer behavior? Consumer behavior is the actions on the consumer when they make a decision, use of a product, use of a video and other behavioral activities. These activities are important for business to study and take information in.  Why it's important for business?  Consumer behavior is important because business can analysis the consumers behavior. It looks at the choices the buyers will make and how it's surroundings affect their choices.  Business focus on 3 factors  * Personal  * psychological  * social  For example, in stores they put the most expensive items at eye level on the shelf. This is an example of psychological choice. Many people aren't willing to look up or down when shopping.  Personal factors such as cultural, age and gender affect the choices they make.
