When looking at AI and how it has impacted our society we must see AI in these three ways 

Artificial Intelligence (AI): What it is and why it matters


Three perspectives

Adapt- (good) learn more and-at attention; keep aware of where things are ahead

Adopt (better)- adopt AI related tools and platforms, so you can be involved in managing AI.

 Adept (best) -get directly involving with developing AI, by learning coding and how to work with related data


Why should we care about AI growing in the business world? 



 AI is a growing industry and can reflect human intelligence. We should care because AI  power in increasing. We can see this with summation and machine learning. 

As we see in the graph above AI and machine learning is growing worldwide. AI is affecting business today and jobs we currently still have. AI is affects the job market because if we look at companies like Amazon. Amazon has upgraded/adapted Alexa for the past few years 

We should also care about our jobs when it comes to AI taking over. please see the link below

AI is taking over slowly however, it's affecting our jobs around the world. AI is replacing drivers, accounting, IT and customer service. I don't believe it when people say AI will be able to create more jobs for us. 

 I see myself as an alarmist when it comes to AI. I am excited to see what Ai can do but, at the same time how does this affect me?

I would like to adapt and take action for the future.

AI is being used for? 

One of the main things we see today are self driving cars. With the help of AI, cars are able to drive themselves. 

Self driving cars have been a huge topic for the past few years. We car easily see cars drive themselves on YouTube now. However, I don't believe self driving cars will popular yet because obviously work still needs to be done on the cars. 

This is still very major leap into the future of what AI can do. 

 Self-driving cars are oftentimes victims in hit-and-run incidents

One of the main things AI is being used for is space. This really caught my attention because I didn't know AI is being used by NASA and SpaceX. 

AI is being used for navigation and remote decision making in space. I find this fascinating. 

AI is also using AI for satellites control around the Earth's atmosphere and robotics in space are controlled by AI.

How to take AI seriously?

The best way to take action when it comes to AI is to read articles about AI news. This is the best way to study what AI actually is and its purpose. 

The next step would be to find and use tools for AI

* DataRobot

* Machine learning in google trends

* AlphaGo

Next, we can learn coding. For example we can learn coding languages like Python. 

This will elevate our skills when it comes to AI.

 Consumer behavior  What is consumer behavior? Consumer behavior is the actions on the consumer when they make a decision, use of a product, use of a video and other behavioral activities. These activities are important for business to study and take information in.  Why it's important for business?  Consumer behavior is important because business can analysis the consumers behavior. It looks at the choices the buyers will make and how it's surroundings affect their choices.  Business focus on 3 factors  * Personal  * psychological  * social  For example, in stores they put the most expensive items at eye level on the shelf. This is an example of psychological choice. Many people aren't willing to look up or down when shopping.  Personal factors such as cultural, age and gender affect the choices they make.
